The British Carrot Growers Association (BCGA) is delighted to announce that our highly anticipated annual Demonstration Day will take place on Thursday 1 October 2026, in York. This year our host is Hobson Farming.
The carrot variety trial plots will be drilled in April 2026, featuring both existing and emerging carrot varieties. We will also again be incorporating parsnip variety trials into the event and there will be around 10 parsnip plots for viewing.
There will be a large exhibition area in the marquee, providing ample opportunities for networking and engagement with industry professionals. Breakfast, lunch and refreshments will also be provided inside the marquee.
