6 tbsp of fresh Houmous dip
Quarter each red and orange pepper, cut into sticks
50g cucumber, cut into sticks

For the sandwich:

Half a pot of fresh Houmous dip
1 large carrot
Multigrain bread

For the sub:

Open the rolls, then spread half the houmous in each, top with the pepper and cucumber sticks and serve.

For the sandwich:

Spread multigrain or wholemeal bread with houmous (reduced fat if you’re feeling extra good!) then top with crunchy grated carrot. Perfect for everyone’s packed lunch box.
